As part of a monthly fee, you are allocated a dedicated PAY plus HR Adviser who will use our HRM system as your default HR Administrator to support your business in the delivery and recording of day-to-day HR workflows that integrate with payroll transactions.  Your PAY plus HR Adviser will also provide you with all the necessary advice, tools, templates and guides to ensure best practice HR.  Overall, our HR administrative approach makes your HR administrative requirements straightforward and trouble-free.  We will help your business remain compliant to Fair Work, NES and employee record keeping requirements, allowing you to focus more on strategic business initiatives and core business processes.  We basically act as your HR Department.

SENIOR SUPPORT LEVEL

We provide HR Strategic Advice and Consultng to clients seeking a more senior approach to HR.  We act as your Chief Human Resources Officer / HR Director and have been advising CEO’s and MD’s from varying industry groups to achieve HR alignment and execution in line with business strategy.  We serve as your senior trusted advisers where your business priorities and initiatives are kept confidential.   Our senior work is charged out at our professional hourly rate.

Develop your onboarding induction process and support documentation and then use our HRM software to automate this function. We also deliver customised training to staff be it induction or on other HR topics eg EEO, Performance

Salary Benchmarking and EBA negotiations

Provide yearly salary bench-marking of your roles against market data via our preferred salary partners. We also negotiate EBA and related salary increases.
